2. Licensing for Digital Products
Beats
- Non-Exclusive Licenses: Beats are licensed on a non-exclusive basis unless otherwise stated.
Sound Kits, Loops, and Samples
- All sound kits are royalty free. All loop kits and individual samples are not royalty-free, unless stated otherwise.
- Ownership: While you are purchasing a license to use these products, the original composer retains full ownership of the loops, kits, and samples.
Access to Loops/Content
- Any loops or kits sold as access (e.g., weekly loops or memberships) grant you access only. All terms, rights, and conditions related to such content are determined by the individual provider of the access (e.g., the original producer).
Prohibited Actions
- You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose loops, kits, or samples as standalone products under any circumstances.
3. Physical Products (Clothing, Merchandise, etc.)
Return Process
- All Sales Are Final: Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- In eligible cases (e.g., damaged or defective items), a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
To be eligible for store credit:
- The item must be reported as damaged or defective within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Email support@blueprint.audio with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Payments: All transactions are securely processed through Sellfy’s gateways.
- Digital Products: Due to their nature, all sales are final. Refunds are not available unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
- Physical Products: Refunds are not provided. Store credit is issued for eligible cases (damaged or defective items).
5. Intellectual Property
- All products sold through blueprint.audio remain the intellectual property of blueprint.audio and / or the individual creators involved in their production.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any products is prohibited and will result in legal action.
6. Delivery
- Digital Products: Delivered instantly via download after purchase.
- Physical Products: Shipped via standard or expedited shipping methods. Delivery times vary depending on location and courier services.
7. Privacy
At blueprint.audio, we take your privacy seriously. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following:
- Data Collection: We only collect information necessary to process your order, such as your name, email address, shipping details, and payment information.
- Data Use: Your information is used solely for fulfilling your order, providing customer support, and improving your shopping experience.
